110-300-0106(10) - Bloodborne pathogens (BBP) training was expired for four staff members and not recorded as completed for an additional three staff members. 110-300-0106(11) - CPR and First Aid were either expired or not recorded for three staff members. 110-300-0106(12) - Food handler permits were expired for two staff members. 110-300-0106(3) - Child Care Basics was not completed for four staff members within the three months of employment record. 110-300-0106(4) - Mandatory Reporter class was not completed for four staff members within the three months of employment record. 110-300-0106(5) - Emergency preparedness was not completed for five staff members within the three months of employment record. 110-300-0106(6) - Abusive Head trouma class was not completed for three staff members within the three months of employment record. 110-300-0106(7) - Children Expiriencing Homelessness class was not completed for four staff members within the three months of employment record. 110-300-0106(8) - Safe sleep training was expired for seven staff members. 110-300-0106(3) - Medication administration class was not recorded as completed by one Lead teacher.
