Observation

110-300-0165(5)(a): Electrical outlets in the bathroom and other areas accessible to children were not tamper-resistant (TR). 110-300-0165(2)(a): Round outlet caps, which pose a choking hazard, were found inserted into electrical outlets. 110-300-0165(2)(d): Rolls of trash bags were stored in a drawer near the garbage container, which did not have a safety lock in place. 110-300-0165(2)(c): Electrical cords forming loops were observed in several classrooms and were accessible to children. 110-300-0165(3)(d): The dishwashers located in each classroom were kept open.
