Observation

2(d): There were plastic bags under the bathroom sink that were accessible to children. 3(d): The washer and dryer, located in the bathroom, were accessible to children and did not have locks on them to prevent children from being entrapped. 5(a): There was an outlet in the napping room that was not tamper resistant.
