0106(10) All sampled staff files are missing proof of BBP training completion 0106(11) All sampled staff files are missing proof of FA/CPR training completion 0106(3) 2 staff members do not have proof of CCB training. One has been working over 3 months and the other was working alone with a group of children. 0106(8) Some staff members have not completed safe sleep training or safe sleep training expired.
