Observation

0166(3)(a) - When this licensor arrived for an inspection, a deadbolt was being used to lock the front, emergency exit door resulting in the door not being unlocked from the inside. This licensor reviewed examples of door knobs/handles that meet WAC 110-300-0166(3)(a) requirements while still being locked from the outside. Within two hours of the inspection, the provider replaced the doorknob with a doorknob that meets WAC 110-300-0166(3)(a) requirements.
