Licensor observed emergency exit gate that is not self-closing or self-latching when released from licensor's hand. Licensor observed a rock barrier that encourages climbing that would lead to outside the premises and is accessible to children. Licensor did not observe a fence or barrier to deter people from entering the outdoor licensed space.
