Parent/Guardian did not have documentation of reviewing the handbook. Licensor needs to re-review the handbook and ensure required updates cited have been made. There was no documentation of Disaster Drills being conduted since opened. Licensor discussed the requirement for monthly fire drills because they were conducted in April or May.
