0166(2)(b) At the time of this inspection, licensor observed that the provider did not have sufficient back up power for a phone to function for at least 5 hours. 0166(3)(a) At the time of this inspection, licensor observed that the emergency exit door leading to the front yard was locked from the inside and was not able to unlock automatically when the handle was turned.
