Observation

At the time of the Monitor Visit, there was toilet bowl cleaner, areosol lysol cans, paint, and other cleaners accessible to children in the storage room. At the time of the Monitor Visit, the storage room was accessible to children. At the time of the Monitor Visit, this licensor did not observe a janitorial utility sink in the storage room. At the time of the Monitor Visit, the storage room was not kept clean.
