WAC 110-300-0100(3): Director MP does not meet the minimum qualification requirements and staff member TS, who has been working in place of the director when she is not on site does not meet the minimum qualification requirements. WAC 110-300-0100(3)(c)(i)(ii)(iii): Site director MP is not onsite 50 percent of the time or more.
