2)c) There were loose phone cords in all the classrooms that are long enough to pose a hazard and form a loop around a child's neck. 2)c) There were loose cords in classroom 3X to two small humidifiers near the door. 2)c) There was a microwave cord and a cord to the refrigerator in classroom 4 that was not secured and could be pulled out to form a loop. 2)d) There was a plastic bag and a plastic shower curtain in a low cabinet accessible to children in classroom 4.
