0166(3)(a) - During the inspection, this licensor observed a deadbolt being used to lock the front emergency exit door. The door handle was not able to automattically unlock when the handle was turned. A video demonstrating a door handle that can be locked from the outside but automatically unlocked when turned will be sent to the provider.
