Observation

Several staff are missing food handler permit. Several staff do not have CCB completed. Jiraporn has MACTE certificate, will complete health and safety trainings to receive credit for CCB. Sydney is still in the 90 day window to be able to complete the CCB requirment. Picha needs to complete CCB. Surapa's last day of employment is October 31st. New staff starting Nov. 1st
