Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(b): At the time of the site visit there was some Epsom saltsstored in next to apples and other foods in a kitchen cabinet. WAC 110-300-(1)(d): At the time of the site visit there were chemicals/cleaners accessible to the children under the kitchen sink, in another lower cabinet in the kitchen, and a container of industrial wipes in the infant room storage area. WAC 110-300-(2)(a)(b): At the time of the site visit there was a storage room door in the preschool room and in the infant room that were open left open.
