WAC 110-300-0106(11): At the time of the site visit staff member C. Nieves did not have verification of current CPR/First aid training. WAC 110-300-0106(12): At the time of the site visit there was no current food handlers card for staff member C. Nieves and N. Zamudio. WAC 110-300-0106(8): At the time of the site visit staff member E. Patana did not have verification of annual safe sleep training.
