WAC 110-300-0215(3)(a)(i) During the onsite monitor vist this licensor observed prescription medication that was missing the medical prescription label in the Toddler A Seals room. WAC 110-300-0215(3)(a)(ii) During the onsite monitor visit ths licensor observed nonprescription medications were not labeled with the child's first and last name.
