Observation

During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the sufacing used under playground equiptment that included a climbing structure did not follow the CPSC guidelines of having wood chips of nine inches deep on the big playground. This licensor also observed the shredded recycle rubber on the small toddler play area did not follow guidelines of six inches deep under the climbing play equiptment that included a toddler slide.
