Observation

(4) In the outdoor play area there were no school-age and infant toys. (8) The gate entering the out door play area did not meet the minimum height of 48 inches. (9) Between the house and vinyl fencing post there was a gap of 4 inches. (11) The outdoor gate leading into the play area, did not have a self-latching mechanism.
