Observation

WAC 110-300-0166(3)(a): At the time of the site visit the site had some full sized classroom emergency exit doors being blocked by locked half doors (the lock was on the outside of the partial door and there was no handle located on the inside of the half door). WAC 110-300-0166(3)(c): A the time of the site visit the site had some emergency exit doors blocked by half doors that were locked from the outside and no door handle on the inside of the half doors.
