Observation

Sharp corners on two toy organizers were observed in the licensed area and were accessible to children at the time of inspection. Large items were observed on top of a floating shelf in the licensed area and posed a tipping hazard at the time of inspection. An outlet in the dining area was observed to be non-tamper resistant and was accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site).
