0165(3,a): Licensor observed in the outdoor area one of the playground structure that is made out of wood have splintered edges. 0165(2,d): Licensor observed in the preschool 1 classroom plastic bag in the cubby and underneath the sink accessible to the children. 0165(3,f): Licensor observed throughout the classrooms cubbies that are not secured to the wall and has a potential of tipping. 0165(4,e): Licensor observed in the wobbler and mixed age group room tempertature more than 120.
