Observation

Plastic garbage bags under the kitchen sink, unlocked and accessible. Nails were protruding from several areas on the slates and post on the outside wooden fence. Pieces/Slivers of wood observed to be protruding from pieces of the wooden fence. Garden shears/pruning shears Uneven ground torn up roots/soil. Sign in and out platform was not sure on cubbies. Site temperature is 61 degrees Fahrenheit. (According to thermostat) Push in outlet covers – not tamper resistant, two large covers not locking. (All rooms) Bathroom outlet not GFCI and not TR. Kitchen GFCI, but not TR.
