WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there were two tubes of sunscreen on a windowsill and hand sanitizer on a shelf in the classroom accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit there was a metal shovel and a metal rake laying face up on the playground.
