110-300-0105(2) Mahad Khalaf (husband of Faduma) does not have a cleared background check. MERIT shows that it is pending. Faduma reported that he has completed his fingerprints and they are waiting. 110-300-0105(3) Mahad Khalaf (husband of Faduma) completed a TB test in September 2022 and it came back positive. A current negative chest radiograph and documentation of clearance to safetly work or reside in an early learning program was not available for review at the inspection.
