110-300-0165(3)(a) - The fence in the toddler playground had rotting wood in some areas, presenting potential splinter hazards. 110-300-0165(3)(g) - The fence in the toddler playground had peeling paint. The window opening handles in the toddler classroom also had peeling paint. 110-300-0165(4)(a) - The temperature in both the toddler and pre-K classrooms was below 68°F. The director stated that the AC unit was not functioning properly. 110-300-0165(5)(a) - An electrical outlet near the classroom entry was not tamper-resistant (TR) and was located at children's eye level. The outlet was previously blocked by a little furniture piece.
