Observation

110-300-0215(3)(c)(iii) An eye drops over the counter medication was stored in a cupboard with snacks and not in a separate, sealed container. If over the counter eye drops stored on the same shelf as sealed food are a serious safety concern and was required to be fixed in five business day, why did the DCYF take eight business days to notify me as director of this concern. I was not available for the walk through, as I was making lunch for the center’s children. Nor did the visiting licensors take the time to point out to me, the Director, any of the serious concerns noted before leaving the center.
