0106 (1) The licensor observed that a 24-year-old household member, Ms. Nasra, was left alone to supervise a child. Ms. Nasra is listed only as a household member and is not approved or qualified as staff. Additionally, her Safe Sleep training was expired, and she had not completed the required trainings in First Aid/CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Food Handling.
