0146(1)(a)(b) - This licensor observed a large Background Discovery playground structure and a purple slide to not meeting CPSC guidelines. These structures were placed on turf without appropriate shock absorbing material. The large Background Discovery playground structure failed to meet the six foot safe use zone for the rear ladder and the tube slide. This structure also failed to meet the safe use zone requirements of twice the height of the top bar from which the swing is suspended.
