Observation

The french doors do not have stiker, or art work or posters on the glass surface. There are railroad ties with nails and/or sharp edges. There is paint chipping in different walls on the inside and outside. Some of the light bulbs are not shatter-resistant. Outlets near the sink are not GFCI/TR in the kitchen. The television is pugged into a 6 outlet plug.
