WAC 110-300-0146(1)(a)(b): At the time of the site visit the ground cover (pea gravel) around the climbing equipment and swings was sparce and the bottom of the ground could be seen through the gravel in areas and other areas only measured between 4 and 6 inches. The area with a high platform and two slides from the platform had playground bark chips that only measured at about 5.5 to 6 inches.
