Observation

Downspout for gutter on back porch accessible to children, poses a tripping hazard. Cement slab on the side of the house and infront of the downstairs back door, poses an edge to the grass that is a falling hazard for feet and wheeled equipment & toys. 2 outlets near Kitchen Sink, are not GFCI.
