Observation

Diaper ointments were observed in the restroom accessible to children when they come into the restroom, unlabeled with first and last name and without diaper ointment forms filled out by parents/guardian. Program can use bins with lids for current age group of children to ensure that ointments are not accessible or move to another location in the restroom that is inaccessible to children.
