2)c) There are some cords accessible to children in care that can form a loop and pose a hazard of strangulation - a USB cable in the living room, cords accessible next to the cabinet under the television in the living room. The USB cord was removed immediately during the inspection. 3)c) There are bifold doors on the laundry closet that can be opened by a child and pose a pinching hazard. 5)g) There was a speaker device plugged into the outlet in the restroom next to the handwashing sink, where it was accessible to children during handwashing. The licensee removed the speaker immediately during the inspection.
