First aid kits observed accessible to children. Backpacks with first aid kits observed on the floor in the classroom. The provider stated that they don't have hooks for the first aid/grab and go backpacks and they are stored on the floor. First aid kit missing: scissors, tweezers, and first aid manual. Not all staff have files or records onsite to verify they have completed First Aid CPR training.
