WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there was a roll of plastic garbage bags sitting on a low bin in the preschool 2 bathroom and an extra garbage bag hanging over the outside of the garbage can in the Preschool room 1 bathroom that were accessible to the children. The one hanging over the garbage can was hanging there as an extra one to use when changing the garbage bag.
