Observation

An infant was in care today. Outlet inserts were accessible to children. These were removed prior to my departure. A card was dangling next to the stand alone freezer in the licensed child care space. A tas stove with knobs placed on the front of the unit was accessibel to children. The knobs were removed immediately. The closet containing the washer/dryer combination was not locked or latched and, therefore, the washer/dryer combination is accessible to children.
