0165(2)(c) There was a phone cord near the top wall and some string outside capable of forming a loop not secured to the wall during the monitor visit. 0165(2)(d) There were some plastic bags in the restroom in a closed cabinet and in art supplies during the monitor visit. 0165(3)(g) There were two children’s bikes outside missing bike handles that must be repaired.
