Observation

There is an ice-chest outside accessible to children. There is a wooden pallet standing on its side in the outdoor play area. The cement in the play area is boken and severly damaged posing tripping hazards. The emergency exit gate in the outdoor play area is not self-closing or self-latching. The wood fence in the outside play area has areas where it is damaged, boards are broken and the fence has splinters.
