0165 (2)(b): window blind cords throughout Center can form a loop due to slack. 0165 (2)(f): several windows throughout Center need stickers or art work posted to deter children from walking into glass. 0165 (3)(a): Preschool play yard has outlet with sharo edges and electrical box with metal sharp edges. Mini fridges in classrooms have handle that is sharp and could cause injury. 0165 (3)(d): Mini fridges need child safety latch. 0165 (3)(e): Outdoor in preschool playground has rubber edges around sandbox not secured and sticking out of groud creating a tripping hazard. 0165 (3)(c): Classrooms (two) have heavy closet doors in need of safety latch to prevent pinched lims.
