0165(2,d): Licensor observed in the pre-k classroom a plastic bag in a child's clubbie and in the bathroom area on top of the ledge, accessible to the children. 0165(3,d): licensor observed on the children's level in the infant 1 classroom a fridge that has no lock and accessible to the children in the classroom. 0165(3,f): Licensor observed the following: Licensor observed in the infant 2 classroom a wall cabinet in the closet without a means of a locking mechanism and accessible to children not secured to the wall. Licensor observed throughout classroom three cubbies when tugged on has a potential of falling, not secured to the wall.
