Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): At the time of the site visit there was a small air purifier on the floor in the Learning Adventures room that had a cord that forms a loop hanging from the outlet and accessible to the children. There was a fan in the same room that was sitting on the floor with a loose cord. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were large plastic garbage bags accessible as well as an open box of smaller plastic bags sitting on the siding of the diaper changing area in the infant 2 classroom that were accessible to the children.
