0165(2)(a) in the dining room area had plastic covers accesible to childcare children that are small items that can be chocking hazards in multiple outlets; they were removed during the on-site visit on 8/25/2023. 0165(2)(c) in the outdoor area - one irrigation cord is accessible to childcare children. 0165(3)(g) in the living room - chipping paint at the bottom shelf and in the kitchen has a gate with a netting that has a hole accesible to childcare children. 0165(5)(a) in the dining room a electrical outlet needs to have a tamper-resistant or blank plate cover.
