Observation

- There is one set of window blinds in the main daycare room and two sets on the emergency doors that are accessible to children. -There is a swing outside with cords hanging and can form a loop around a child's neck. -The play kitchen and individual storage unit needs to be secured to the wall. - There is flaky paint in the porch as well as the door trim in the outdoor area. - The water temperature was 123. -The slats between the posts on the deck are over 3.5 inches wide. - The outlet in the bathroom is not GFCI.
