Provider had didn’t have staff records up to date on MERIT for her and staff. Trainings missing is Head Trauma, Homeless training, Medication Management training, emergency preparedness training and Mandate Reporting training. La proveedora no tenia los entrenamientos al corriente en el MERIT.
