Observation

There was some cords in the living room in front of the computer not secured leaving cords accessible during monitor visit. Había un cable que no estaban seguros. There was some plastic bags in the kitchen and outside in the licensed area during monitor visit. The plastic bags was removed during the monitor visit. Proveedora tenía unas bolsas de plástico en al área de la cocina y en la área licenciada afuera. La proveedora removió los plásticos durante la visita.
