WAC 110-300-0166(3)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the child care home emergency exit of the front door was locked from the inside. WAC 110-300-0166(3)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the window on the left side of the room which is the second emergecny exit in the main child care room was entirely blocked with toys.
