WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): At the time of the site visit there was a cord that can form a loop hanging down from the window seal and plugged into an outlet which was accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there was a roll of plastic garbage bags in an open area of a wall shelf above the toilet in the downstairs bathroom that was accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): At the time of the site visit there was an HVAC accessible to the children on the playground that has openings in the area that has the fan blades large enough for this licensor to put her pinky in and can be a hazard to children.
