Observation

WAC 110-300-0146(1): At the time of the site visit there was a large slide sitting on top of the deck and three teeter totters and a climber that did not have ground cover and were placed on the grass. WAC 110-300-0146(4): At the time of the site visit there was a trampoline accessible to the children in the bedroom and out on the playground and the children were jumping on the one in the bedroom at the time of this licensor's site visit.
