There are two rocking horses sitting on grass area. Site only has 6 inches of bark chips on the large playground and 7.5 inches on the small playground for the large climbing structures. Site has balance beam sitting on pavement and two rocking horses sitting on grasses area without adequate ground cover as required per WAC.
