1a) Diaper wipes in cubbies labeled "keep out of reach of children" were accessible to children in toddler and preschool room, hand saniziter labeled "keep out of reach of children" was accessible to children in lobby, can of paint was on school age room counter accessible to children and sanitizer/bleach sprays were on school age counter labeled keep out of reach of children.
